Our focus is to improve learning for doctors nationwide in preparation for the MRCS membership exams, which we are continuing to expand in a variety of ways. Our programme includes revision lectures for Part A, virtual OSCE sessions for part B, and Retake Rescue for struggling candidates. Cutting to the Core commenced with a team of two female trainees, but has now expanded to include many fantastic trainees, whose enthusiasm for education shines through the organisation and delivery of these sessions. Our programs have evolved with positive and constructive feedback. We believe in improving access and providing educational support to trainees throughout a very challenging career.
